Established in 1990 by Jerry Williams, Williams Tooling & Manufacturing Inc. is a small family owned and operated tool and die shop. Through the years the company has adapted to the cycles of the automotive industry all while maintaining focus on its mission statement:
Williams Tooling & Manufacturing is committed to producing exceptional tooling by utilizing advances in technology, while maintaining and improving proven processes, in order to meet and satisfy customer demands for consistent quality in each part produced using Williams Tooling & Manufacturing tools.
The ability of the company to maintain its focus on quality tooling at any stage in the market cycle, is a testament to its commitment to that statement. This commitment to quality requires a specific focus on maintaining quality employees and training the upcoming work force. Though this becomes increasingly challenging as time progresses, Williams Tooling & Manufacturing, Inc.'s commitment to its employees has been one of the key components to maintaining its skilled and talented work force. This atmosphere creates not only a great work environment for the company's employees, but a great environment for customers as they interact with each department through the design and build process of tooling and other projects.
In 2021, Williams Tooling & Manufacturing, Inc. recognized a market need for quality trailer axles. Due to the commitment, skill, and adaptability of its employees, the company was able to enter the axle market and provide quality axles at competitive prices. (WTM Trailers) Using its focus on quality management, efficiency, and skilled employees, the company was able to enter the market with low risk. As the company continues to adapt to market changes, Williams Tooling & Manufacturing, Inc. continues its focus on quality tooling while seeking and developing new opportunities for products and services for the company and its customers.
Now entering its third generation of tool manufacturers, the company is refocusing on its commitment to supporting and improving its products for its customers and their end users.
